New Year, Slow Down 30 Day Program
This program is designed for the person wanting and needing the accountability to slow down, take a breath after the holidays, and get clarity on the year ahead.
Instead of making a ton of new years resolutions that will fizzle by the end of the month, we take the time to tune in to our natural rhythm, nature's rhythm, and shed any habits, mental patterns, and limiting thoughts that aren’t helping us reach our goals.
Instead of adding on demanding resolutions, we will take away one habit, activity, or even a person that drains your energy, time, or mental space.
This will make space for something new to come forward. It could be a resolution that is more in alignment with where you are at, a new job opportunity, new friendships, or even picking up an old hobby you lost before life got in the way.
We don’t need to rush into the year, we can be gentle and kind to ourselves, and take the time needed to rest and recover! This allows us to slow down so much so, that we can be ready and see with more clarity the opportunities and serendipity that may arrive in our lives!
This program is all online!
